System Server Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Comprehensive management of the System Server to ensure the server works in perfect conditions, including:

- Controlling and Monitoring
- Ensure data is stored safely and perform regular data backups.
- Carry out diagnosis/analysis and resolution of problems related to server systems in a measurable/accurate and effective/permanent manner.

2. Acting as "help desk administrator" in responding to incidents to provide support to company and their clients by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues with hardware and software in general while ensuring the desired level of service uptime at all times.

3. Make regular documentation reports regarding system server performance.

**Qualifications**:
1. Maximum age 30 years

2. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree majoring in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science

4. Have good communication skills (Indonesian and English).

5. Organized and detailed in administration.

6. Can work as a team or individually.

7. Have good and systematic problem-solving skills.

8. Willing to work in shift, Weekends and public holidays.

9. Able to work under high pressure.

**Salary**: From Rp4,500,000 per month

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- System Administration: 1 year (required)
- System Analyst: 1 year (required)
