- As a Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead**J**OB RESPONSIBILITIES**Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
-Handle end-to-end talent acquisition for regional level, Management Trainee or Fast Track Program and other hiring projects
-Handle end-to-end internal hiring process
-Sourcing Strategy and Manage Sourcing Channels
-Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department and coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
-Determining selection criteria for each of the positions
-Design job specifications, case studies, assignments, interview questions, and hiring scores that reflect each position's requirements
-Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
-Generates company's talent acquisitions weekly report and monthly initiatives
-Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
-Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
-Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**Min. Bachelor's Degree in all majors.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Indonesia
-Proven of working experience as a Talent Acquisition or a similar role at least 4 years of working experience in Agri-input or FMCG company
-Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
-Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
-Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
-Organized analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize tasks
-A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
