Job Description Develop And Implement The Overall Talent Acquisition Strategy Aligned With Business Objectives.Collaborate With Senior Management To Understand Current And Future Workforce Trends.Oversee The End-to-end Recruitment Process From Job Requisition To Onboarding.ensure Timely And Cost-effective Filling Of Open Positions, Whilst Maintaining High-quality Candidate Experience.Lead Efforts And Identify Top-tier Talent Through Various ChannelsEnhance Organization Employer Brand By Developing And And Implementing Strategies To Showcase Company Culture.Requirement Minimum of 5 years working experience in HR with strong exposure in Talent AcquisitionProfessional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and MandarinKnowledge of end-to-end recruitment processExcellent stakeholder management skills
