We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & People Partner to join our People & Culture team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead talent acquisition efforts, partner closely with senior management on our people strategy, and manage the full employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding.
**_ As a Talent Acquisition & People Partner _**each day, you'll be**
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop comprehensive talent strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Handle end-to-end employee experience, including onboarding, movement, performance management, organizational structure, talent management, employee engagement, learning & development, industrial relations, retention, and offboarding.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to leaders and managers on people-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.
- Contribute to other HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance HR processes and programs.
**What we would like you to have**
- Minimum 5 years of HRBP/People Partner experience, including recruitment for tech and non-tech roles.
- Strong grasp of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, assessment, and employer branding.
- Capable of negotiating and facilitating effectively with stakeholders to achieve agreements aligning with organizational goals, while also addressing employee needs.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits principles for employee inquiries and providing basic guidance on reward structures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to align people's initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- HR certification is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required.
