Talent Acquisition Specialist

SPE Solution is currently looking for **Talent Acquisition **to join our team with the details below:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the specific skill sets needed for open roles
- Do the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team for employer branding activity
- Up to date with trends and innovative recruiting techniques

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Minimum 3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment process as Tech Recruiter or having experience in Startup Company
- Strong analytical thinking and time management
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
- Agile and adapt to dynamic changes
- Creative, proactive, able to work in team or individual
- Experience in social media for employer branding activity is a plus
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume/applicant databases
- **Note**:_the position will need full WFO in our head office - Tangerang
