Job Description
Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition life cycle for different business functions with a strong focus on strategy, planning and processes like managing job posting, initial screening and interview process.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law/Management
Experiences 3 years in similar role, preferably from telecommunication company
Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
