Talent Management Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
- Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).
- Oversee the development, implementation, and embedding of succession planning practices, talent management, and development programs to enable the potential of employees and meet future and changing business needs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of career development strategies, tools and resources
- Evaluate business drivers to make a case for change adoption; assess risks and benefits of the changes, develop effective change-management strategies, and ensure communications and readiness materials are in place to facilitate the transition of career programs/processes.
- Recommend assessment tools to identify high-performing individuals and high potentials.
- Plan talent management framework and processes to identify, develop and retain talent.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, and other related studies.
- 5+ years' experience with a proven track record in Talent Performance Management and Human Resource field.
- Proven thought leadership and strategic thinking, ability to excel in a highly ambiguous environment within a quickly growing and evolving business landscape.
- Excellent communication up, down, and across the organization.

**Salary**: Rp25,000,000 - Rp37,000,000 per month
