Tax Officer

Manage and oversee the daily operations of Tax department including:
Perform detail review on preparation of monthly tax compliance for tax of company

Prepare and/ or perform detail review on the preparation of yearly tax returns

Analyze data, documents, and other research findings related to tax field assignments (tax audit, tax objection, tax appeal, tax consulting, etc.)

Prepare and review corporate tax reports for accurate and timely company tax returns (SPT PPh and PPN report on time to Tax Office)

Prepare data and reports that will be used for Tax Audit, to ensure the Tax Audit process work according to plan (Liaise with tax authorities and provide data)

Monitoring tax reporting monthly

Plan & monitor the implementation of tax planning

Review annual income tax return and audit report

Preparation of regular reports for the management and ensuring the documentation of all taxations

Review monthly tax calculation (Tax Article 21/26, Tax Article 23/26, Tax Article 4(2) Final Tax, VAT)

Review the annual tax calculation (Corporate Income Tax Return, Annual Employee Income Tax Return, Annual Individual Income Tax Return, Tax Amnesty, Transfer Pricing Documentation)

Review the reconciliation Tax from General Ledger purposed for Tax audit

At Least 2+ years of Tax experience

Having license of Brevet A & B from reputable institution

Have a good knowledge of Indonesia Tax regulation and tax audit

Understanding Accounting Basic & Intermediate

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong numeracy and analytical skills

Good problem-solving and time management skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Experienced and proven ability in operating Accurate accounting software
