You'll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. We are looking for "Tax Stamps Executive" who will be based in Karawang. YOUR 'DAY TO DAY' - Ensure control of tax stickers movements, safe storage, inventories, ordering, reconciliation, returns to market and destructions in compliance with local regulations, SOX and other PMI policies and procedures. - Be the single point of contact for markets related to tax stickers (from ordering to returning). - Lead and ensure team's compliance to all standard Warehousing & Logistics RTT/OPEN+ Manufacturing Systems and tools according to phase requirements of Site. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Commerce, IT or Engineering - At least 2 years' experience in warehousing and inventory management - Fluent in written and in speaking in English - Knowledgeable on fiscal and legal regulations, data driven Stock Management (stock movements control) and Logistics Service Management - Able to operate MS Excel, MS Office, SAP - Good in communication and having knowledge in methodology manufacturing process WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
