- Training BA per area
- Kontroling SOP BA di tiap-tiap toko
- Monitoring & Push Sell out BA
- Bekerja secara mobile untuk melakukan visit
- Mengkoordinasikan BA secara menyeluruh dan melakukan pengawasan terhadap BA dengan baik termasuk absensi, laporan penjualan serta evaluasi kinerja BA


JOB REQUIREMENT

- Diutamakan berpengalaman menjadi Team Leader di Beauty Industry/FMCG min. 2 tahun
- Menguasai Microsoft Office
- Memiliki kemampuan Leadership dan Public Speaking
- Terbiasa bekerja secara mobile untuk melakukan visit toko per area
- Domisili di Yogyakarta - Klaten
