Jobdesk:

- Achieve daily target per shift
- Ensure Production line runs smoothly based on planning
- Manage necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, machine, consumables, etc) to meet production targets
- Recommends efficiencies in production line whenever possible or necessary
- Propose machine or equipment repair to Production supervisor
- Create Production report every shift
- Monitor production, resolve issues and suggest improvements
- Train new employee on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and quality standards
- Report to Production Supervisor regarding to Productivity, Quality, Safety and other related issue
- Ensure implementation that 5S/5R guidelines are followed at all times

Upah: Rp7.500.000 - Rp9.000.000 per bulan
