- Responsible day to day of KPI in Production i.e (OEE, MDT,IDC,MOC,MTBF and MTTR).
- Lead, maintain Lean manufacturing concept is working.
- Maintain Standard Implementation FMEA, Control Plan, Production Procedure and Working Instruction
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by Executing Total preventive maintenance TPM (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Maintenance)
- Troubleshooting process and equipment problems
- Monitoring HSE in manufacturing Process (Ensure machine equipment Safely to operate)
- Participating in continuous improvement of manufacturing process
- Maintain and keep working area to meet environmental requirements and regulation compliance.
- Support Implementation BPS and IT in Manufacturing Process
**Qualifications**
- Diploma Polytechnic or Bachelor's degree, preferably Mechatronic, mechanical or electrical Engineering.
- Fresh Graduate or 1-2 year experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Must possess mechanical or electrical aptitude and the ability to work hands-on
- Good English in writing, reading and speaking skills
- Understand PLC Knowledge is a must and familiar work with Sensor and Pneumatic system
- Understand to read Technical /CAD drawing and Work with specific SW drawing
- Good Leadership and have organizational skills
- Must be familiar with computer software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential focused on continuous improvements.
- Passionate, dynamic engineer dedicated to excelling on meeting
- Understand Industry 4.0 and Implementation is an advantage
- Willing to work in Normal and rotating shift schedule
- Ready to work in Delta Silicon or Deltamas Industrial at Cikarang-Bekasi
