1-3 years of experience software development.

Experienced in Java, mysql, rabbit mq, ci/cd (git lab), spring boot.

Experience with software design patterns and architectural principles.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Enthusiasm for staying updated on the latest technologies.
