**About the Role**
The Technical Program Manager is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the execution of product development concepts. **What You Will Do**:
- Drive shared vision and prioritize roadmap for technical products based on business and technology needs
- Develop, drive, and manage end-to-end technical product goals and vision and ensure on-time delivery
- Develop improvement and solutions to support the growth of technical products
- Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall product roadmap based on the priority and effort needed
- Define the key metrics that inform the success of technical products
- Manage the strategic projects across Technical Department and drive the engineering leads on day to day basis
- Partner with the Technology Platform team closely, especially on cloud, DevOps, database, data engineering, and security teams to plan and execute against a broad array of business and product needs
- Engage closely and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineers, data, security, and business) in delivering product excellence
**What You Will Need**:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Leadership experience in managing multiple complex projects and influencing multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with technology startups in a fast-paced environment will be a plus
- Problem solver with a clear structure and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and deliver results
