Country: Indonesia- Function: Engineering- Industry: Chemical- Position: Permanent- Salary: Attractive- Created: Thu, 05 Dec 2019**Responsibilities**:- Visiting prospects and existing customers to find the best solution for customer needs so that sales targets, margins, average days receivable, and the number of new Customer A that has been determined by the company every quarter can be achieved- Look for prospects in the market that have been determined for new products developed by R&D staff or imported from abroad- Look for prospects in the market that have been determined for existing products- Develop additional business in existing customers with new products developed by R&D staff or imported from abroad- Develop additional business in existing customers with existing products- Establish good relations with prospects so that Technical Sales can be given the opportunity to start serving the Customer- Maintaining existing customers by maintaining and enhancing existing good relationships so that Technical Sales can continuously be in a strong position to lobby Customers to obtain larger Purchase Orders- Identify existing projects and customers to approach if needed- Make a 'Customer A' report every month that lists all Customer A and describes the activities of each Customer A that is served at this time so that it can be presented at the 'Customer A' meeting every month- Attend a 'Briefing Meeting' led by the Branch Manager every weekend to discuss all operational obstacles and problems experienced by Technical Sales or Technical Sales Managers in the field.- Make a 'Visit Report' for every visit every 2 weeks so that they can be read and analyzed by Technical Sales Managers or Branch Managers so that they can provide effective direction for each of their subordinates- Ensuring Customers pay bills on time, in accordance with the Term of Payment (T.O.P) that has been determined for each Purchase Order (P.O) by having good communication with the Accounting & Finance Supervisor at each Branch Office**Requirements**:- Min D3 any field- 3 years experience in sales- Has the ability to operate computers properly- Having very high communication skills- Having sufficient product knowledge- Good attitude
