Executive, Technical Services - Landing Gears, Nacelle and StructureJob Descriptions- **Monitoring and control of Dent and Buckle Chart updates for aircrafts.**- **Manage the off-wing maintenance program to comply with regulatory, airworthiness and owner/operator requirements.**- **Report any damage or deterioration found during landing gear's overhaul to Landing Gear Manufacturer and Airbus i.a.w Airbus Appendix 7 - Reporting requirements.**- **Perform research on product improvement and defect mitigation.**- **Assist Reliability Section in conducting root cause analysis and provide remedies for excessive and abnormal wear, malfunctions or premature removals.**- **Undertake development study to improve aircraft dispatch reliability and provide recommendation to the Reliability section and/or Maintenance Review Board as necessary.**- **Ensure sufficient skills are acquired and inform superior of required training to improve competency.**- **Responsible for undertaking the necessary corrective and preventive action resulting from compliance monitoring and audit program findings.**- **Any other relevant duty as assigned by the superior.****Responsibility**- **Provide effective and efficient technical support to aircraft operations.**- **Prepare and raise required technical documents in accordance with approved procedures, regulatory and owner/operator requirements.**- **Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, aviation authority, owner/operator or any reliable sources to facilitate analysis of engineering issues.**- **Ensure all technical documents issued meet the requirements of the department's approval system.**- **Strengthen AirAsia brand image and customer advocacy**- **Practice and promote AirAsia's culture within the organization**- **Provide technical support for structures issues under ATA chapter 32, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 70, 71, 72, and 78****Job Requirements**- **Active, Leadership, Innovation**:- **Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field.**:- **or** Basic maintenance certificate on aviation maintenance.**:- **AME License related aircraft or Bachelor's Degree in engineering**Training required for the position (if any)**:Aircraft Knowledge, Manual Procedure and Supervisory Training, with maintenance parts of the air carrier's company maintenance manual and operations specifications and the applicable maintenance provisions of CASR 121/135****We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
