Technician - Itc Surabaya

**Job Descriptions**:

- Prepare building utility maintenance schedules, supervise and check building utility operational schedules in an effort to control operational maintenance costs.
- Check work orders (for predictive, preventive, corrective & improvement actions) according to schedule.
- Ensure the availability of materials related to building utilities.
- Carry out internal work administration (preparation of the tender process or MEP design drawings) according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Collect MEP data (reports on water usage, tenant electricity and public areas) from technicians to prepare monthly reports.
- Make reports on problems that occur in the field and prepare schedules and corrective actions
- Analyze major equipment damage problems (lifts, generators, FDAS, HVAC, electricity) using the Seven DWARFS method.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 year of experience as Building Maintenance in high-rise building/retail shopping center/mall.
- Familiar with operation and maintenance systems for lifts, escalators, air conditioners, chillers, STP.
- Ability to budgeting and planning for building electrical/mechanical maintenance.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office).
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
