As a **Technician Staff** in our playground, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of playground equipment, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Senior High School (SMA/SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair work, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
- Present a strong and diverse portfolio that substantiates technical skills and highlights past accomplishments in equipment maintenance.
- Exhibit expert knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, construction details, and familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
- Showcase strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing technical issues to bring effective and practical solutions to maintenance challenges.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take charge of overseeing the maintenance and repair of playground equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Adjust maintenance plans to align with operational needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving requirements.
- Manage, supervise, and coach junior technicians, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in maintenance and repair work. Ensure timely production of accurate maintenance reports and records.
- Leverage expertise in tools such as diagnostic equipment, mechanical tools, and safety equipment to enhance the overall maintenance process.
