Technology Lead, Business Analyst

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Technology Lead, Business Analyst to be based inPT. IHI plant, Cibubur,Jakarta

The role will be responsible for translating business needs and requirements into requirements following rRDM.

Other responsibilities include:

- Ensuring product has right features and value to business
- Ensuring Business Process maps are available and current.
- Will be a member of the Scrum team during product sprints, making sure right product is built or right features are implemented correctly

This role also covers driving technology product vision and priorities for Consumer Malaysia and PT. IHI sites:

- Responsible for vision, road-map, and priorities of enhancements to a product (application), platform, or solution
- Responsible for training BTL’s and Business partners on how to use/deploy product
- Accountable for current product line quality-performance and communication of production issues to Business Technology Leaders
- Responsible for Cost-to-Deliver, Product E2E Life-Cycle, and Total Cost of Ownership
- Accountable for ensuring overall reliability of applications running on JJT infrastructure and coordinate with TS to address issues
- Delivers results for a major program or multiple smaller projects through collaboration with a cross-functional team and vendors

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field
- 5+ years of Supply Chain IT delivery experience
- Experience with rRDM for documenting, assessing and prioritizing user stories
- Experience in communication and collaboration in agreeing solutions meeting user stories
- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes
- Experience working within a regulated (GxP) environment
- Track record of program delivery of Supply Chain projects
- Experience working in global, multi-location teams
- Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC)
- Experience working in projects utilizing Agile methodology
- Experience managing product backlog in JIRA
- Experience with Project Management, Software Testing, Implementation and Change Management
- Specific Make product (application), platform, or solution knowledge
