Telesales

**Requirements**:

- **D3- Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy on data recording
- Able to speak basic English, MUST be able to write in English
- Contacting potential or existing customers to promote products & services
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements
- Emphasize product features to highlight how it supports customer requirements
- Answering questions about products and features
- Walking customers through product setup
- Working against targets to achieve sales and conversions
- Keep records of calls and outcomes
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships
