- We are looking for a Telesales/Telemarketing that will provide customer services including processing the customers purchase transactions, promoting/selling TUV SUD Indonesia training catalog.
- ** Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop market especially related to training
- Achieve sales target and goals
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build, strengthen, and optimize relationships with clients, prospects, associations, public institutions, and partners
- Telemarketing to potential customers from various companies

**Qualifications**
- ** Key Requirements**:

- Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor s degree from a reputable institution with experience in sales and/or business development
- Experience in any industry related to certification and training services
- Understanding of sales practices
- Target-driven personality but with a high level of diplomacy to influence management to drive through business initiatives
- Clear and articulate presentation ability with good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa
- Have good communicating skills, positive attitude, including negotiation skill
- Minimum intermediate proficiency in Operating Microsoft Program especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Meticulous, organized, and attention to detail
