**About the role**
We are seeking an experienced Telesales to join our dynamic team. As an Telesales Specialist you will be working with the IPS team and play a crucial role in sales (b2c) to make Igloo become the future of insurance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services
- Effectively manage customer inquiries and objections
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of company products and services
- Generate sales leads and follow up on leads
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- Provide product information and pricing to customers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
**Job Requirements**
- Proven track record of successful telesales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Bachelor, diploma or equivalent
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
