Job Posting : Terminal Management Officer

**PT Vopak Terminal Merak**

**Position : Terminal Management Junior Officer**

**Work Location : Merak, Banten**

**Key Result Areas**:

- Assist Terminal Management to monitor all licenses expiry period
- Support preparation of audit and in coordination with Department Heads to support closing audit finding
- Support to maintain and monitor data of Terminal Performance through Dashboard
- Liaise with Dept Heads in order to support Terminal Manager to execute Terminal Plan
- Develop and Monitor the Terminal Management Office budget along the year
- Monitor the work of the service cleaner and ensure they follow the KPI as agreed and Vopak Requirement

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Zero expired license
- Ensure that all consumable is available and no delay in delivery
- All the Service cleaner KPI is achievable
- Zero complain from stakeholders (Terminal Manager and Dept Heads)

**Skill & Knowledge**:

- Education : Bachelor Degree
- 2 - 3 years terminal or chemical manufacturing experiences
- Excellence interpersonal and communication skill
- Good written and spoken communication skills wither in Bahasa Indonesia and English
