Job Responsibility TIKTOK SHOP OPERATIONAL: Qualification :
1. Bachelors Degree in any majors
2. Proven min 1 year experience as Tiktok Shop Operational or Other E-commerce's platform (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada Etc) Bring on the portfolio showing successful e-commerce campaigns
3. Experience in working within the promotion channels live streaming, video promotion, KOL/Affiliate, shop product campaigns
4. In-depth knowledge of Tik-Tok platforms features, trends and handling Tiktok Ads or other E-commerce Ads is a must (Strategy and Budgeting)
5. Strong analytical data and problem solving as result oriented
6. Fluent in English (both oral and written)

Job Description :
1. Manage Tiktok Shop Account, including shop setup, product update, shop information, shop orders
2. Responsible to Ads strategy/budgeting and shop campaign including brand campaign and platform campaign
3. Monitoring Tiktok promotion channels analyze including video part, live streaming part, affiliate part shop tab progress. Need to maximize all perfomance through shop needed.
4. Collaboration with cross functional department to integrate shop strategies
5. Give attention to Tiktok's policies, market trend, product trend and algorithm trend for the shop
