Job Purpose and Impact
The Trade Execution Coordinator, will help coordinate and execute moderately complex trade execution and contract desk activities. In this role, you will ensure all data are properly captured and reported as well as maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely statuses of operations. Key Accountabilities
Support Trade Execution and Contract Desk activities
Prepare and manage data for quality, traceability, shrinkage, certification audits and supervision costs
Monitor LOI cancellation with agents and tanker desk
Manage contracts to ensure their clauses are fully understood and executable, to guarantee legal and fiscal requirement compliance
Maintain and foster established relationships with customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners, such as supervisory companies, laboratories, agents, warehouses, trucking companies, buyers and sellers
Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
