As our Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be reporting to the National Off Premise Manager and will be responsible for the development and coordination of the trade marketing and insights activities to maximise the potential of the Red Bull brand in the trade whilst maintaining the brand personality and values. You will input and inform the strategy of the Distribution Partner (DP) and support to enable the execution of that strategy via DP's Key Accounts and Field Sales teams. Overall, you will co-ordinate and project manage all trade-led marketing activities.

You will develop trade marketing strategies with Off Premise Manager guideline, utilising trade and marketing experience to recommend best trade-led activities. You will also recommend and support trade activity proposals with commercial backing, pushing the brand guidelines whilst protecting the brand image. Additionally, you will create and develop all channels of communication that contribute to the timely execution of Red Bull initiatives at internal, trade or shopper level.
You will be the point of contact for the sales team to advise and give Trade Marketing guidance on all accounts by channel. You will define the Perfect Store and Hi 5 Execution by channel using the International Model marketing activity adjusting with the local execution. In addition, you will partner with Brand Marketing, Off Premise and On Premise teams to understand campaign objectives. You will also develop and execute impactful POSM strategies, execution and monitoring by channel.
You will identify, develop and implement necessary processes to enhance sales business performance by building the data platform necessary to run analysis and generate insights. You will identify opportunities and challenges, quantify the opportunities, and prioritise and provide solutions to overcome the challenge or maximise the opportunity.
You will run Category Management projects with the identified top customers, in alignment with DP. You will interpret the available data and shopper insight to come up with a tailored action plan that will grow category turnover with that customer.
You will develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics for Off Premise and On Premise Channel. You will also develop marketing materials for events, such as invitations, social media posts, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing brand team. In addition, you will plan, execute, and monitor event execution with close collaboration with MT team to ensure 100% perfect execution.
EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
3-5 years experience in FMCG sector, ideally as Trade Marketing Manager, Category Manager, Channel Manager, POS Manager or Key Account Manager. Leadership, motivation and team skills. Clear understanding of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity, consumer and shopper behaviour, category management and business insights in the FMCG context. Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends. Strategic thinking able to lead the sales strategy. University Degree (business, marketing or similar) English (fluent verbal & written) and local language Perjalanan Bisnis 20-30%
