Training Manager

Oversees the overall implementation of all training actions.

Accountable for tracking training commitments and delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

Leads clients interactions and manages internal customers on any training concerns.

Responsible and accountable for the completion of training slides in business review presentations (e.g. WBR, MBR, QBR, YBR).

**Responsible for people management in Training department**: grooming and managing talents.

Provides coaching and feedback to Training Leads and Trainers.

Manages the Training Leads' performance and provides mentoring.

Conducts training needs analysis to develop new training programs and processes or improve existing processes.

Identifies areas of opportunities within the program and addresses them accordingly.
Graduate of any discipline.

Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

At least 2 years experience as a Training Manager, preferably in a BPO setting.

Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and similar or related business and communication tools.

Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.

Willing to be assigned to either Bali or Surabaya.

Willing to travel frequently between Bali and Surabaya, and possibly other sites in Asia.

Have strong leadership skills.
