As Transaction Banking Sales, you are responsible for all activities that are focusing on growing ANZ Cash Management business, which includes acquiring new customers and delivering on activities relating to the day-to-day servicing and management of customer relationships. This includes simple and complex product offerings to support origination activity as well as management and servicing of day-to-day customer enquiries to ensure for customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Head of Transaction Banking in Indonesia.
**You are also responsible of the following**:
Assist the Head of Transaction Banking in developing strategies and plans to access the broader market opportunities in order to increase management business.
Focus on developing cash management solutions for target customers, drawing in other product areas as required.
Communicate proposals (including presentations and demonstrations).
Leverage the customer service proposition to act as a trusted customer service professional.
Undertake all fulfilment-and enquiry-related needs for customers. Be proactive in managing their issues and take complete ownership of the enquiry until completion.
Assist with the implementation of new sales and assigned special projects. This includes but is not limited to:
Reviewing documentation
Planning and reviewing the sequence of events, responsibilities, and timeframes for completion
Overseeing customer training as required

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrates industry knowledge with proven experience in cash management and sales environment with regional or global financial institution.
Strong research and analytical skills to achieve deep customer understanding and to develop customer specific service propositions.
Familiar with both electronic-and paper-based Transaction Banking solutions.
Good understanding of Transaction Banking Products.
Displays the capacity to think laterally and the ability to adapt to change.
