Transit Point Shift Lead - Spx Express (Jabodetabek)

DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Supervise multiple Service Points & Service Point staffs in an area
- Responsible for daily operations of the Service Points assigned
- Reporting Service Points performance & customer feedback to the management
- Responsible for cash deposit in Service Points assigned
- Visiting multiple Service Points on daily basis
- Set daily schedule for sprinter to pick up parcels from sellers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years experience in Logistics as Supervisor
- Good communication and good leadership skills
- Willing to work in shift
- Domiciled/willing to be placed in Jabodetabek
