**We are looking for someone with**:

- University degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years in insurance company
- Minimum 3 years in Underwriting
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Negotiating skills
- Highly developed communication & relationship skills

**Nice to Haves**:

- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

**On the job you will**:
1. Monitor, review and evaluate service standard, TAT (Turn Around Time), productivity in, Underwriting Department.

2. Maintain relationship with, including and not limited to Regional Underwriting and Claim, Distribution Channels, Reinsurance Partners regarding Underwriting case.

3. Involve in giving support, analysis and concern to perspective of Underwriting issue regarding new product, campaign.

4. Maintain and review for purposes of improvement any Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), SLAs, TATs

5. Involve in giving support to seek approval from Regional Underwriting and Claim, Regional Underwriting and Claim Risk regarding new product, campaign

6. Monitor and review over retention report to Regional Office

7. Monitor pending and backlog cases
