**What You Will Do**
The position is responsible for:
- Supporting the tasks of the Utility Supervisor in planning, assessing, maintaining, and implementing improvements/innovations to ensure the reliability of utility supply infrastructure used in accordance with standard rules, including GMP, safety regulations, and compliance regulations.
- Supporting project management for facility-related projects, including but not limited to building renovations and construction, equipment installation and/or placement, safety and environmental compliance, mechanical system maintenance, and energy conservation.
- Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance using MAXIMO in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
- Adhere to standard cGMP, GEP procedures, and safety regulations.
- Support maintenance performance assessment and continuous improvement implementation.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external departments, and third parties to achieve utility supply reliability and sustainability.
- Implement tool and 5R management to maintain a safe and comfortable workplace.
- Improve skills and knowledge to operate, repair, and maintain utility machinery.
- Speak up about improvements, maintenance cost efficiency, spare parts efficiency.
- Support internal audits, incident investigations, and hazard-risk impact management assessments.
- Direct and perform mechanical and preventive maintenance as well as major repairs on all facility equipment.
- Solve complex mechanical and electrical system problems.
- Coordinate inspections and testing of machinery and equipment to detect malfunctions.
- Oversee the dismantling of damaged machinery and equipment and the installation of new or repaired parts.
- Coordinate and ensure maintenance logs, spare parts requests, preventive maintenance inspection records, and other necessary maintenance documentation.
- Train lower-level technicians on safe work practices in handling equipment, machinery, chemicals, and the use of protective equipment.
- Promote all safety, environmental, and energy management systems.
- Lead and supervise other mechanical work.
- Install and maintain piping systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, as well as repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate wall releases, repairs, and installation of cable outlets and services, plastering, painting, and other complex building projects.

- Perform hazard identification, risk assessment, and impact assessment related to occupational health, safety, and environmental issues within the work area.
- Propose occupational health, safety, and environmental programs in the supervised work area based on hazard identification, risk assessment, evaluation of compliance with regulations, and other occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Execute the occupational health, safety, and environmental programs within their responsibility.
- Ensure the effective and proper implementation of communication, participation, and consultation regarding occupational health, safety, and environmental matters within the supervised work area and evaluate their methods.
