Utility Operator

1. Monitor and implement rutine control over boiler operations

2. Ensure that the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective actions taken when any deviation has been properly implemented in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document, HACCP Plan.

3. Controlling the activities / tasks of the Contractor

4. Makes reporting of daily task results.

5. Implement PRP, Deep Cleaning, and Glass Monitoring.

6. Implementing boiler operational turnover when required according to superior instructions.

8. Carrying out maintenance tasks when boiler's equipment not operating.

9. Hand over duties between Operator during shift change by filling out and signing logbook "handover".
