It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Vice President Cards Portfolio & Cross Sell**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and closely monitor on asset portfolio growth strategy for all unsecured products and programs.
- Ensure sustainable growth of asset portfolio, with balance perspective of market competitiveness and Risk Appetite
- Initiate program initiative and Champion Challenger test related to pricing and profitability optimization in asset products.
- Work and coordinate closely on asset portfolio strategy and program implementation with related Stakeholders (e.g. Credit Control Service, Credit Risk, Sales Channel, and Data & Analytic)
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Bachelor degree with 7-10 years' experience in Retail unsecured asset Business/Risk/Data Analytic
- Possess Extensive knowledge on full cycle of unsecured Cards & Loans Businesses
- Deep knowledge on market practice and related Regulations on Unsecured Cards & Loans Businesses
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and Quantitative assessment.
- High proficient in Microsoft Office and English Literacy (Written and Oral)
