GTRF is a key strategic business for the HSBC Group under CMB and its history is mixed with almost 150 years of Group history. HSBC is recognized worldwide as "the World's leading and largest trade bank and a Leading player in the receivables finance market" and its global leadership is unquestionable. We are currently seeking for **Vice President GPS Client Service Team Lead **role.
**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will manage set of team of Client Services with portfolios which focuses in handling queries, driving cash management relationship post sales process; ensuring revenue committed being realized in a timely manner, grow and penetrate existing wallet-share through proactive relationship management and cross-sell new products and/or services. Stringent portfolio and revenue will be key aspects to manage.
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university.
Has a minimum 5 years' experience in banking industry; preferably with experience in Cash Management or Global Transaction Banking.
Demonstrate proactive relationship and sound understanding of the market.
Possess business development, sales, and client service skills will be an advantage.
Have a good knowledge in reporting and analytical reasoning skills.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both written and verbal.
Team Player with good interpersonal skill.
Demonstrate ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across all functions.
