We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Vice President** **Wealth and Personal Banking BFCR Head**
**Responsibilities**:
The role encompasses process overseeing and management on Financial Crime Risk mitigation for WPB Business and customers, which include implementing and ensuring related process, are embedded throughout WPB team and other related parties within HBID, such as Risk Steward, Investigation team, HOST team, and other Line of Business.
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills with the ability to navigate across senior stakeholders and business partners.
- High level understanding of financial crime and reputational risk
- Familiarity with Retail banking and financial services products and customers.
- A good understanding of Financial Crime Risk, control and how to balance between business and risk
- Maintaining all staffs under a highly motivated and competitive environment. In addition, the jobholder needs to be able to identify staff training in conjunction to staff personal and career development.
- Strong analytical skills, capability to evaluate issues or information to be used for improvement for the best result.
- A keen eye for detail, together with strong administrative and organizational skills
- Be able to work under pressure with a tight deadline
