We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of** Vice President Wealth and Personal Banking Partnership**
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement credit cards business strategy with relevant partnership campaign to remain competitive in the market which are corresponding with the allocated investment,
- Achieve credit card usage spending as per target.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential merchants.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.
- Manage and coordinate projects with partners.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize partner and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of partnerships and merchant partners.
- Provide regular reports on partnership and merchant partners.
- Stay up to date with banking, credit cards and payment trends and developments.
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in partnership management or business development in the banking or credit card industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise initiative
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flair for innovation and creativity, with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions that add value to the partnership campaign
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
