**Position Purpose**:
To assist the Brand Manager in doing the Visual Design based on the Brand's Principal VM strategies and guidelines in a timely manner and accurate
**Description of Duties**:
- Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure the Visual Design are delivered in a timely manner and accurately based on brief and expectation
- To prepare the Visual Design for a marketing promotional event
- Updating the Visual Design for seasonal, promotional, and ad hoc activities
- Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and set in an accurate and timely manner
- Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure close follow-up and coordination between them and third party vendors
**Requirements**:
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other similar software
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional creativity and innovation
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Education & Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience as Visual Designer
- Possess a strong passion for the beauty industry
- Experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage
