**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a clear and ambitious product vision, effectively communicating it to management and various stakeholders across the organisation.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and prioritise business requirements.
- Contribute to the end-to-end team output strategy from ideation to product launch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our digital products align with business objectives, requirements, and user needs.
- Monitor product performance against predefined metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to cross-entity stakeholders.
- Take ownership of and maintain the product backlog, prioritising day-to-day work based on set targets and KPIs.
- Make strategic decisions informed by data-driven insights.
- Establish an efficient feedback loop to continually enhance the product.
**Key Requirements**:
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in a product management role.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, encompassing existing processes and potential disruptions within the financial industry.
- Showcase proven expertise in product management, preferably within the fintech sector.
- Exhibit a successful track record as a Product Owner in an agile environment.
- Show ability to define, refine, and priorities a product backlog effectively.
- Have experience in facilitating agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, sprint retrospective).
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, taking complete ownership and accountability for projects.
- Possess robust analytical skills to translate user needs into viable product features.
