Water Complaint Handling - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Receive and record customer complaints regarding water issues into the system.
- Carry out administrative activities and monitoring related to customer complaints from initial complaint to the final stage, including recording the closure of complaints in the system.
- Coordinate follow-up actions with relevant internal parties if there are unresolved complaints.
- Prepare detailed reports on the process of handling customer complaints for performance evaluation purposes.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma Degree from Any Major.
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in administration or 1 year in the same field.
- Computer literate (Ms.Office).
- Communication & Negotiation Skill.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
