Welding Engineer Supervisor - Manufacturing

Persyaratan

Minimum hold Diploma degree in any major.

Minimum 5 years work experience as Welding Engineer.

Understand Robot Fanuc, Yasukawa, PLC Mitsubishi programs.

Familiar with AutoCAD, 3D Drawing Software (NX).

Have good analytical thinking, problem-solving, creative, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate well and coordinate within the team.

Having the concept of welding process skills.

Have a good leadership & managerial skills.

Tanggung Jawab

Production preparing (machine, robot, jig).

Collaboration with engineering press team.

Making parts according to customer specifications.

Handle issues that occurred during trial and early mass production of new models.

Making the concept of the welding process.

Designing in jig machine.

Create and implement Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).

Making plans and monitoring development progress.
