Summary Summary
The Wellness Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the entire Spa, Gym and Kids Club function. This may include retail, a full-service salon as well as massage therapy and body treatment. This person will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of wellness department operations, ensuring impeccable service quality, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellence.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Wellness Manager Role Experience in managing a large Spa, and gym operations. Experience in creating and developing mindful and innovative spa services Hyper focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences Up to date on current industry trends and best practices Skilled in recruiting, training, and leading a diverse team of therapists, aestheticians, and wellness professionals Proven track record in driving business performance, managing budgets, and operational metrics Passion for mindfulness, holistic wellness, and luxury hospitality.
