The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to drive Shopee Indonesia's Procurement and Operations excellence- Deliver tangible outcomes through strong analytical skills, hands-on and pragmatic approach- Opportunity with leadership positions to engage and drive a team of your own to achieve high-performing results- Identify, verify, and analyze issue in procurement and operations, covering people / organization, process, and technology- Implement the improvement initiatives, in collaboration with the procurement and operations team- Perform project management and quantitative measure to ensure milestones are met and objectives achieved**Requirements**:- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in similar or relevant role- Experience in consulting, marketing operations, or equivalent is required- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field required- Proven track record of deliver results- Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment- Agile, great communicators, and great collaborators
