Junior User Success Executive (Store Commercial)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- **Ensuring a fast, easy and satisfying onboarding experience for our new merchants using SIRCLO's products**- **Follow-up merchants' questions thoroughly and turn an escalation into a great experience.**- **Develop actionable plans to proactively reach out to merchants to secure their businesses successfully live and identify and / or develop up-sell opportunities.**- **Building trust and maintain relationships with our users that promote retention and loyalty**- **- **Provide relevant data to product a well-structured report**- **Collaborates with the team, upwards and other internal stakeholders to support overall company goals and objectives.****REQUIREMENTS**:- **BA/BS or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration / Management / Communications.**- **Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.**- **An engaging communicator and to creatively convey the message clearly.**- **A tech savvy person who loves to learn and adopt different technologies.**- **Familiar with website content management systems (CMS).**- **Passionate about helping local brands to grow and up to date with e-commerce overview.**- **Updated with the latest local brands trends and also owning or aspiring to start an online store is a major plus.
