Zalora Indonesia is looking for a Marketplace Ops Commercial to help drive growth in Zalora's Marketplace platform. This role is under the Commercial team and will be reporting to the Marketplace Manager. It is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and is responsible help drive strategic initiatives for Marketplace. This is a unique, exciting opportunity to influence minds and make a positive difference to ZALORA, and to your career.**Responsibilities**:**1. Seller Center Improvement**- Commercial PIC for seller center improvement project- Manage & developing Seller's Communication through announcement/news feed on the selling platform (Seller Center)- Developing a wealth of information/guideline materials on a wide variety of topics on the selling platform academy to aid their journey are smooth and problem-free- Analyze potential problems to identify opportunities that will streamline operational processes- Develop process and platform initiatives with internal stakeholders (i.e. Production, Acquisition, Product Management and Logistics) to drive operational and platform excellence for better supplier experience.**2. Marketplace Finance Reconciliation**- Performing financial reconciliation of marketplace sales reports between Seller Center and SAP to ensure financial records are correct and timely resolution of any reconciling items noted.- Managing manual disputes including from other departments, e.g. delivery fee for cashless sellers (with total 450 sellers)- Managing reconciliation for voucher co-funding and cashback (90% of MP vouchers are funded by the seller, not all schemes are calculated correctly due to system limitations.- Trender basic fee manual input to seller center- Ensuring all manual adjustments are calculated and reflected correctly on monthly sales report- Supporting month-end closing activities- Ensuring biweekly payment reconciliation on time**3. Automate New Marketplace Fee Calculation**- Create business case for the new TREs including implementation- Formulate the transaction rule engine- Doing A/B testing order to ensure the transaction result is as proposed- Coordinating with finance team for transaction calculation and tax**4. Seller Center Setup**- Input commercial fee to its seller center account- Setup shipping model on the system- Update database if any request from seller**5. Managing Inactive Seller**- Monitoring sellers with negative payout and coordinate with buyers regarding seller's follow up status- Process seller deletion for the seller who no longer sells in Zalora**Requirement**- Minimum Bachelor Degree with economics, finance, business, marketing background from reputable university- Have 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce/internet sector, and prior experience in handling sales and billing data- Strong knowledge in Excel- have basic SQL and Tableau- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team- Process continuous improvement mindset**The ZALORA Story**ZALORA is Asia's leading online fashion, beauty and lifestyle destination, part of Global Fashion Group.
