**Role Purpose**

**Customer Service & Relationship Management**
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

**Operation Management**
- Coordinate with Segment, Business Partner and Product teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- High level monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
