3D Interior Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Interpret and translate user needs into rough plans
- Produce 3D presentation with proportion, dimension & scale, including mood boards and material sample
- Shop drawing production
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of interior spaces
- Project co-ordination including managing contractors and suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience, high-end residential design is a plus
- Positive attitude and leadership quality is essential
- Strong communication skills, organized and pays intention to detail
- Proficient in 3D Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator or other design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Must be able to prioritize and be flexible
