3P Channel Strategy Development Manager

About the Role: As Channel Strategy Development Manager, you will conduct strategy and planning functions for Gojek's new channel business. You will work together with the account managers, operations teams, and many other stakeholders to ensure that Gojek has the optimal Channel Strategy. This position combines the rigors of analytical thinking and practical problem solving skills based on grounded insights.
\n What you will do:Develop business schemes and arrangement to grow Gojek's channel businessImplement and monitor those business schemes to support the growth targetGain understanding of the mechanics of Channel management, and identify pain points to solveWork with stakeholders across functions to improve Channel management productsEnhance the dynamic relationships among Gojek, Driver Partners, and Channel Partners What you will need:A minimum of 5 years work experience in relevant sectors, e.g. Consulting, Tech, or Product DevelopmentExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsGreat communication skills both in English and in Bahasa IndonesiaStrong sense of business and tech processesFast learner, can work in an ambiguous setting
