3Pl Management Lead - Spx Express

DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Manage 3PL Performance
- Manage 3PL Contracts (New, Expansion & Extension)
- Responsible for 3PL Operation Service-Level Agreements (SLA)
- Be accountable for 3PL Expenses

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 5+ years experience in managing 3PL Operation performance at Express/Courier company
- Skilled in Operation Management, 3PL Management, and Project Management
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean Skills are Preferred)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Expert facilitator and able to manage all stakeholders
- Lead by example (hands-on) leadership style who can show operation solutions on the floor
- Understand and have experienced in implementing and managing 3PL at all level
- Willing to travel
- Will be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
