3Pl Operations Monitoring

Manage day-to-day delivery operations to ensure timely delivery.-
- Coordinate reminder pickups with 3PL providers.-
- Generate undelivery reports for users.-
- Analyze discrepancies in shipping fees with 3PL providers.-
- Monitor claim submissions to 3PL providers.-
- Oversee claim disbursement to users.-
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Customer Service team to resolve user issues.-
- Support Supervisor with additional assigned duties.**Job Requirements**A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major (relevant field preferred).-
- Strong communication skills are essential.-
- Basic proficiency in English is required.-
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.-
- Experience in logistics is considered advantageous.
