**Responsibilities**- Prepare and provide legal opinion, legal advisory, and interpretation services to management and employees to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements- Prepare and review agreements and other legal document- Handle and administer the company's license and permit- Support the Human Resource Department in Industrial Relations aspects**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in law from reputable university and min.
